¡Meet our Project Change Board of Directors.  We have all come together for the love and respect of our Fibrous Dysplasia families.

Juliet Thomas

President

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Queens University, 2004

Project Change Founder:  Juliet started the non-profit, Project Change after her 10-year-old son, Cash, was diagnosed with Craniofacial Fibrous Dysplasia.  Juliet has been appointed and participates as a Consumer Peer Reviewer for Musculoskeletal Research representing Congressionally Directed Medical Research.

Experience: Juliet’s background includes real estate sales, management, as well as a career in health care sales and management. 

Personal:  In her spare time, Juliet enjoys spending time with her family, reading and exercising.

Danielle Mondry

Secretary

Education: Associates in Insurance designation, Insurance adjuster

Experience: Danielle comes to project change as a mother of a son affected by Fibrous Dysplasia. Has interests of advocating for families affected from rare diseases.

Personal: Danielle enjoys joking around with family, being in nature, hiking and traveling.

Emily Howell

Marketing Manager

Education: University of Tennessee, Psychology

Experience:  Emily comes to Project Change as the mother of a son affected by Fibrous Dysplasia.  She is the owner of AE Hair + Co and the company’s Director of Education. Emily has always been passionate about organizations for children in need.

Personal:  Emily loves spending time with her family, going to concerts, traveling, exercising, and listening to audio books.

Wes Nagel

Board Member

Education: Bachelor degree, Mississippi State University

Experience: Over 20+ years experienced sales professional with a proven record of success selling to the Department of Defense.

Personal: Wes enjoys spending time with his wife, son and pups. He spends his free time traveling and fishing. He especially enjoys fishing with his son at the coast.

Robbie Carnaggio

Board Member

Robbie Carnaggio is a mother of three teenage children and resides in the Mooresville area. She graduated form the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. Previously, Robbie worked as an online facilitator for a private college and more recently has been a stay at home mother and real estae investor. Charities she has worked with or supported include Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Children’s Arts Project, Piedmont Animal Rescue, and local food pantry amongst others. Robbie looks forward to serving the Fibrous Dysplasia community as a board member.
